Step 1:

Open the account area

Click the profile silhouette in the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
Don't worry if you don’t yet have an account with us, that’s in step 2!

Step 2:

Log into your account

If you have an account with us, please log in with your usual credentials.
If you do not, please click the blue ‘Create an account’ button and follow the simple steps.

All you'll need is your name and email.

Without this step, you won't be able to produce your referable link.

Step 3:

Getting your link

Once you’ve logged in to your account, you will see a Refer a Friend tab on the side. Click into that tab, and then click ‘Create Referral Link’.

And just like that, you have your own personal link which you can send to your friends!

Step 4:

Sharing your link

This area will now show you all the important information, such as:

Details of the specific rewards you and your friend get.
How many times your link has been used, and the value you’ve earned.
Most importantly, your referral link!

*One other important step is to ensure you tick the ‘Send me an email when I get a new reward!’ and Save.*

Important Things to Note

Offer Details
You’ll receive £10 for every successful referral, and your friend receives 10% off their first order.

Your Friend Must Be Logged In
Your friend needs to create an account or log in before purchasing for the referral to count.

You still earn points
When you or your friend places their order, you still earn your loyalty points at the same time.

Reward Expiry
Rewards expire 90 days after being issued - don’t miss out!

Cap on Reward Use
You can redeem up to 20% of your basket value per order using your rewards.
This means you’ll save on multiple orders as you keep earning!

Unlimited Referrals
There’s no limit to how many friends you can invite - keep sharing and keep saving!

Reward Activation Timing
Your reward will appear in your account once your friend completes their first purchase.
If you have your notifications turned on, you will also get an email to let you know.
